are delighted to partner with a Global Fund Manager to hire a Senior Fund Accountant who will report to the Fund Accounting Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and review of monthly net asset valuations
* Preparation of year-end and semi-annual financial statements
* Investment reporting and dealing with investment manager, custodian, auditors and regulators
* Shareholder services (issuing notices, monthly statements etc)
* Preparation of legal, tax and regulatory returns
* Maintain and enhance ISAE 3402
* Manage year end audit
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting role essential (2+ years)
* Investran experience preferable
* Accountancy qualification – ACA or ACCA (part-qualified or interested in undertaking this qualification)
* Computer literate and competent with strong MS Word and Excel
