Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Software Engineer based in Dublin, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions, primarily focusing on back-end systems and architecture. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, writing efficient and scalable code, and debugging and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure seamless functionality of applications. The role also involves applying best practices for object-oriented programming and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles
* Experience in Back-End Web Development and Programming
* Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) methodologies
* Knowledge of best practices in software engineering, including debugging, optimization, and scalability
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
* Familiarity with Dental or Healthcare-related software is a plus
* Ability to work effectively both in an office and remotely
