Job Summary:
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care for assigned patients in a dynamic environment where quality, respect, caring and compassion are paramount.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Provide direct patient care to assigned patients with empathy and compassion. Key Responsibilities:
* Taking detailed patient histories summarise data state nursing diagnoses and patient care needs.
* Observing recording signs symptoms behaviours including physiological status of patients present assessment changes proposed revision interventions desired outcomes.
Clinical expertise is key in this role so you must be able to execute physicians orders safely administer medications treatments notify appropriate staff on any changes to the patents status independently perform duties assume responsibility for the care of assigned patients.As an experienced nurse you will understand that maintaining confidentiality records at all times is essential.Previous experience within critical care would be beneficial but not necessary.Why not consider taking your next career step working in ICU? -----------------------------------
Skills & Qualifications:
i NMBI registered General Nurse license.
