We are seeking an experienced
Contracts Manager
to join a fast-growing organisation in Dublin.

You'll play a central role in driving project success, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while enjoying international exposure and clear career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects end-to-end
: Oversee contracts from design through completion, ensuring compliance and quality.
Drive efficiency
: Manage budgets, procurement, and supplier negotiations to maximise value.
Plan & coordinate
: Develop timelines, manage labour resources, and control long-lead items.
Represent the business
: Build strong client relationships and represent the company at meetings.
Ensure financial accuracy
: Handle valuations, variations, invoicing, and approvals with precision.
Champion safety
: Oversee site Health & Safety, liaise with advisers, and deliver RAMS documentation.
Collaborate effectively
: Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and technical support.
Deliver results
: Prepare commissioning reports, oversee project close-out, and ensure ISO compliance.
Expand horizons
: Be available to travel and contribute to international projects.
Skills & Experience
Strong IT and organisational skills
Excellent communication – fluent in written and spoken English
Ability to read and interpret technical/construction drawings
Proven experience managing HVAC installations
Background in data centre projects is an advantage
Ability to multi-task and deliver under strict deadlines
Collaborative mindset with experience working in multi-functional teams
