Bathrooms4U are one of the top bathroom refurbishment companies in Ireland. Boasting over 20 years of experience in full bathroom refurbishments. Due to continued expansion we require the following position to be filled.
Finance Administrator Roles & Responsibilities:
* Dealing with all queries including telephone queries from customers and suppliers, in an efficient and professional manner.
* Typing, compiling and preparing reports.
* Correspondence, managing databases and filing systems.
* Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
* Inputting data for accounts payable/accounts receivable and working as part of the finance team.
* Preparation of bank reconciliations and payroll.
* Providing assistance to the other finance team members.
Required Skills:
* Ideally 1 - 2 Years experience working in a fast paced environment working as a finance administrator or bookkeeping environment.
* Ability to work as part of a busy team while also being capable of working without supervision when the need arises.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Some experience of using computerised accounting packages.
* Some experience of performing bank reconciliations.
* Some experience of reconciling debtors and creditors on a weekly/monthly basis.
* Experience of inputting invoices on a daily basis for sales and purchases.
* Proven high level of computer literacy - in specific in the use all of Microsoft Suite applications.
* High level of attention to detail both written, verbal and numerical.
* Must be highly proficient in the use of the English language, verbal and written
* Have demonstrable experience in dealing with customer queries and dealing with in a professional and prompt manner.
* Working across both the retail and refurbishment operations this will be a role with much variety and a team player and positive attitude towards the whole organisation and across internal departments is a very desirable part of this role.

Person Specification

Essential
* Must be available to work on a full time basis.
* Some experience working as an finance administrator for minimum 1 year
* Experience with direct customer engagement, where top-class standards of customer service are required.
* Some experience of computerised accounting packages.
* Ability to work without supervision.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passionate about customer service and experience in dealing with customer queries and finding a resolution to their queries.
* A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent time-keeping skills.
* Experience of inputting data in accounting systems.
* A high level of organisational skills.
* Highly proficient in the use of all Microsoft suite applications.
Desirable
* Knowledge of computer software such as intact desirable, however full training will be provided.
* An ability to work on own initiative.
* Previous relevant experience in a similar business setting is preferable.
