Three is one of Ireland's largest mobile operators with over two million customers. What else it involves Team Join our dynamic Tax team, use your experience, and make a real contribution. Get involved, learn, grow. Show us what you can do. Compliance focus Direct and enhance the VAT compliance cycle supported by tax analyst. VAT3/Intrastat/VIES/RCT & associated commentaries. Act as contact hub for internal stakeholders, such as Finance, Marketing, Accounts Payable and other areas of our business. Ensure ongoing systems compliance with ECJ rulings and changes in Irish VAT law and practise. Drive continuous improvement. Support Revenue Interventions and tax audits as they arise. Processes Detect and highlight areas of challenge and propose effective solutions to address them. Implement, evaluate, and improve compliance controls, creating supporting documentation where appropriate. Technology Maintain a 'Digital First 'mindset with a focus on compliance processes, procedures & efficiencies. Assist the business and the global tax team with support on system implementations including business initiatives, new product launches, and Vida. Requirements, Knowledge and Experience Our values are important to us. We work as One Team. Qualified (part-qualified considered) CTA/ AITI professional with an accounting qualification or experience an advantage. Minimum 2 years' experience in practice or a large company with strong technical and practical VAT experience Highly tech-literate, experience with data analytics tools an advantage. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management A team player with strong written and oral communication skills, flexible and comfortable with a fast-paced working environment. Self-motivated and possess excellent organisational and project management skills. Experience with an ERP system. Very strong MS Office skills required, particularly Microsoft Excel Ability to develop solid working relationships.
