About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the needs of service users are met, teaching daily living and social skills through activities, and establishing positive relationships with service users. This is a full-time position based in Limerick.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure service users' needs are being met
* Teach service users necessary daily living and social skills through daily activities
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with service users
* Engage in activities and complete household tasks
* Keep accurate records of service user documentation
Requirements
We are seeking candidates with a degree in Applied Social Studies/Social Care or relevant qualification, eligible for CORU registration, or currently registered with CORU. A minimum of 3 years' experience working with adults/children with intellectual disabilities is required, as well as proven managerial skills and an appropriate management qualification. The successful candidate will also have experience managing residential budgets, behaviors that challenge, and possess good organization and communication skills.
