As a Kitchen Design Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchens tailored to their needs and budgets. Utilising design software, you will produce detailed plans and 3D visualisations, advising customers on cabinetry, worktops, appliances, and finishes to ensure informed decisions. Presenting design concepts and pricing clearly, you will secure sales and proactively follow up on leads to build long-term client relationships. Consistently meeting sales targets and contributing to business growth, you will ensure every client enjoys a seamless and professional experience from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in kitchen design and sales, with proficiency in design software. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a detail-oriented, creative approach to problem-solving are essential. The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines will be crucial in this role.
