We are seeking a highly skilled Event Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of event planning and execution.

Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years experience in an event management or hospitality operations role within a private catering or high-end events environment
* Leadership excellence, with a proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
* Strong understanding of event logistics, food and beverage operations, inventory management and quality control
* Client focus, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships
* Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet, troubleshoot challenges and make sound decisions under pressure
* Communication prowess, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Flexibility, with willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by the event schedule
