Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As the lead QS in Waterford, you will have the opportunity to work closely with regional managers and on-site teams, reporting directly to Commercial Function & Directors in Dublin.
* The Client is an established Residential Developer growing rapidly across Ireland. They have over 400 units under construction across three sites around Waterford City, consisting of housing and apartments.
Requirements
* Possess a proven track record of delivering residential construction projects successfully.
For this role we require:
* A level 8 degree or high-level qualification in Construction or a related subject (e.g., Quantity Surveying).
* No less than five years' experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the Irish market.
