Key Responsibilities: Review, verify, code, and process supplier invoices, and prepare payments via EFT with proper authorisation.
Reconcile supplier statements with internal ledgers and assist with month-end closing to ensure accurate accounting.
Maintain accurate accounting records and assist the finance team with ad hoc reports and data management.
Key Skills Required: Strong experience in accounts payable or busy finance departments, ideally with knowledge of construction-related accounting.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Evolution MX, Sage) and Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent organisation, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
