OverviewElavon Bankcard Operations delivers a comprehensive suite of corporate payment solutions, including commercial credit cards, purchasing cards, and automated payables, enabling large corporate clients to effectively manage, control, and optimise their employee business spend.We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated and results-driven Account Coordinator to join our high-performing support team. This role is critical in ensuring the ongoing success of our corporate card programmes and delivering an exceptional client experience.Key accountabilitiesProvide ongoing support to Commercial Program Administrators, enabling effective management, control and optimisation of their credit card programsEnsure timely, professional and effective resolution of customer queries and complex issues, applying a strong sense of urgency and customer focusPromote best-practice standards and ensure operational processes are robust, efficient, and consistently appliedDrive continued program usage and spend through proactive engagement and value-added supportSupport accounting, reconciliation and optimisation activities, while identifying opportunities to upsell more efficient and relevant productsAnalyse client program reporting requirements, ensuring insights and outputs are aligned with client needs and business objectivesLiaise with third-party service providers to ensure seamless delivery and an exceptional end-to-end customer experienceIdentify, recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and overall service qualitySkills & experience requiredMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service, account management or customer-facing roleFluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages are a strong advantageDemonstrated strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines consistentlySelf-motivated and proactive, capable of managing workload independently and prioritising competing demandsPrevious experience in the financial services, credit card or payments sectorProven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAdditional informationThe role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.AccessibilityWe are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment experience.
