Senior production specialist

Job Description:

Matrix Recruitment is seeking a skilled Senior Process Engineer to lead cross-functional engineering projects and drive process improvements in our manufacturing facility.


In this role, you will manage end-to-end delivery of process and capital projects from planning to execution and commissioning. You will collaborate across engineering, operations, and R&D teams to implement new processes and improve existing ones.



Key Responsibilities


* Manage end-to-end delivery of process and capital projects from planning to execution and commissioning

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and R&D

* Act as the process engineering expert in key areas such as filtration, blending, separation

* Lead sustainability initiatives related to energy efficiency improvement plans

You must have a degree in chemical or process engineering, at least 5 years experience working on high-volume production lines preferably food or beverage processing environment managing multiple priorities daily!
