The ideal candidate may have experience in customer service dealing directly with the public. Needs to be a strong individual with confidence in own ability and enjoy working as part of a small team. Excellent customer service skills with an outgoing and friendly personality. Be able to demonstrate the versatility and flexibility that is required in a small company. Be proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook, Have experience in process documentation. Fluency in English is essential in addition to excellent communication skills both written and oral.
* Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
* As the first point of contact for the company provide admin support by dealing with customer queries by telephone & email.
* Updating systems with school calendars
* Run daily, weekly reports as needed
* Responsible for all aspect of admin for onboarding new schools
* Day to day reporting and general admin duties
* Dealing directly with the schools to address they daily issues.
* Assist with data entry for invoicing & billing
* Manager queries from production staff as they arise.
* Document Processes & Procedures, ensure they are kept up to date in a timely manner.
The role is a school term time, allowing staff to enjoy breaks during Easter, summer, Halloween, Christmas etc. This position is ideal for parents/guardians of school going children and those who appreciate longer breaks.
