Finance Manager
for a
well-established manufacturing company
in Co. Longford, part of an international group.
This permanent, on-site role reports directly to the Finance Director and sits at the heart of
financial decision-making
. You will oversee financial compliance, reporting, management accounts, and lead a small finance team while providing insights to support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure adherence to accounting compliance, statutory regulations, and company financial standards.
* Prepare and review management accounts and financial statements accurately and on time.
* Conduct financial analysis to inform business strategy and decision-making.
* Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of growth and performance.
* Drive improvements in accounting processes and provide financial insights to stakeholders across the business.
Requirements:
* Recognised professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA).
* Minimum 5 years' post-qualified experience in financial reporting and management accounting.
* Proven people management and leadership skills.
* Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organisational ability.
* Experience within an international group is advantageous.
