We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our Audit & Accounts team in Balbriggan. As an Associate Director, you will manage a diverse portfolio while guiding a talented team and collaborating closely with the Board of Directors.
This key leadership role offers strategic involvement in the firm's growth and long-term career progression. Responsibilities include mentoring and managing the Audit & Accounts team, driving performance reviews, training, and upholding a culture of accountability and ethics.

Requirements:
To succeed in this Associate Director position, you must be professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with at least 5 years post-qualification experience across audit, accounts, and client portfolio management. You should also demonstrate ability to lead teams over complex audit engagements.
* Professionally qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA)
