As a Senior Java Developer, you will participate in the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance and scalable Java-based Digital Workers based on WorkFusion’s Work.AI platform. You will also participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and ensuring the overall quality of the codebase.**THIS POSITION IS FULLY REMOTE**Key Responsibilities:Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based Digital Workers based on WorkFusion’s Work.AI platform.Collaborate with other team members to produce high quality outcomes.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Maintain code integrity and organization.Contribute to continuous improvement and the Agile development process.Qualifications/Experience5-8 years of Java programming experienceSolid understanding of SQL ProgrammingExposure to Python programming a plusUnderstanding of design patterns and OOPSolid understanding of distributed systems and application integration (SOAP, REST, etc)Basic administration knowledge of Unix/Linux and MS WindowsExposure to DevOps practicesFamiliarity with Agile software development practicesCritical thinking to be able to work with high-level requirementsStrong communication skills
