We are seeking a Clinical Development Trial Lead to join our team in Cork, Ireland. This role is part of Lilly's Global Business Solutions centre, where we boast a vibrant workforce made up of over 44 nationalities and speaking over 27 languages.
The Clinical Development Trial Lead will lead the cross-functional study team in the development and execution of clinical trials. Key responsibilities include project management, understanding trial scope, developing and tracking global trial enrollment plans, assessing and mitigating trial-level risks, and monitoring budget components.
As a key member of the team, you will be accountable for trial/regional enrollment strategy and execution, manage relationships with cross-functional teams, apply problem-solving skills, identify and assist in continuous improvement activities, and manage TPO qualification processes.
