Overview
Summary: Project Manager to lead, co-ordinate and deliver CAPEX project on-site in Limerick supporting and optimizing throughout.
Responsibilities
* Project Planning, Execution & Monitoring — Develop and execute project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for largescale biopharma CAPEX projects. Oversee the design, construction, and commissioning phases of biopharma facilities, ensuring alignment with project goals. Proactive drive Safety and Quality focus throughout project lifecycle. Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of all phases. Prepare and present regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, technical consultants, and regulatory bodies. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance.
* Budget and Financial — Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial target. Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders and senior management.
* Team Leadership — Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Mentor and provide guidance to team.
* Regulatory Compliance — Maintains company reputation by enforcing compliance with all relevant laws, policies and regulations.
* Risk Management — Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Conduct regular risk assessments and update stakeholders on potential issues.
