Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager
A key leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe running of all production activities. This is a hands-on management position with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and people development.
About The Role:
Lead and manage daily production operations to achieve targets for quality, output, and efficiency. Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimum staffing levels and workflow. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, performance, and workplace organization. Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions where required. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and promote a strong safety culture onsite. Support, coach, and develop team leaders and production staff to achieve high performance. Work closely with Maintenance, Transport, and Service departments to ensure seamless operations. Contribute to operational planning and strategic decision-making.
About You:
Proven experience in production, manufacturing, logistics, or similar operations environment. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is essential. Strong organizational, communication, and people-management skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Results-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset. Flexibility to work across shifts as required.
