They are looking for an experienced Company Secretarial Senior Manager to join their team. Key responsibilities include:
Portfolio Management: Managing a varied portfolio of entities through the accurate preparation and issue of agendas, board papers, and minutes for all board meetings.
Relationship Management: Building and managing key relationships with clients, directors, and other stakeholders within the Funds industry.
Action Tracking: Following up on all issues raised at Board Meetings and maintaining regular interaction with clients to provide progress updates.
Communication: Acting as a primary channel of communication for directors and stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow.
Governance & Compliance: Ensuring strict compliance with Constitutions and undertaking all necessary regulatory filings.
Advisory: Reviewing developments in Corporate Governance and Company Law to advise directors on their duties and personal obligations.
Leadership: Acting as a team lead and role model, providing dedicated mentorship to junior members of the Company Secretarial Team.
Process Improvement: Continuously assessing and improving operational procedures and internal processes for maximum efficiency.
Regulatory Monitoring: Monitoring the shifting regulatory landscape and assessing its impact on the CoSec function.
About You
A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in the Financial Services/Funds Industry, specifically within a Company Secretarial role.
Sound, up-to-date knowledge of the Irish fund industry, including relevant laws and regulations.
Proven experience in team and people management, with a track record of developing junior talent.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to command the room during board-level interactions.
A proactive, "big picture" mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
