About your New Employer:
Our client is a part of the broadcasting industry located in South Dublin. They are looking for a full-time HR Manager, who will be brought in on 2 years Fixed Term contract, starting ASAP.
This role would start fully onsite during the 6-month probationary period and then will transition into a hybrid working model (working 2 days onsite).
About Your New Role:
* Act as a key team player in HR processes including contract management, absence management, payroll prep, and compensation and benefits
* Take end-to-end responsibility in delivering HR support
* Maintain up-to-date HR systems and validate data accuracy
* Serve as the point of contact for line managers and HR colleagues
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
* Recommend and implement improvements in workflow processes
* Act as a subject matter expert and trainer for HR Operations Processes
* Provide strong levels of support to the team and deputize for the team lead
* Highlight problem trends and provide corrective actions
* Suggest and implement process improvements for major HR initiatives
* Carry out project work, research, and analysis
What Skills You Need:
* 2+ years' experience in an HR Administration experience, sitting on an HR team
* Strong working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office package
* Working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR policies
* Self-motivated and highly organised
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
