The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is now available for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the Dublin team. This is a permanent position offering involvement in a broad range of project sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, cultural, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as Lead Engineer on small to medium-scale projects, and provide support on larger multidisciplinary projects
Work closely with Directors and senior team members on project planning, budgeting, and reporting
Develop project scope in collaboration with clients and design teams
Take part in internal project reviews and ensure quality delivery from concept through to handover
Provide technical mentoring and support to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development
Candidate Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical design within a consultancy environment
Strong technical knowledge of electrical building systems and design software
Chartered or working towards Chartered/Associate Engineer status
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Passion for mentoring and team development
