Technical Business Analyst
This role involves bridging business and IT delivery to drive innovation.
* Identify and document business processes and system interactions.
* Analyse systems, including data flows and integrations, to meet business requirements.
* Translate business needs into functional/non-functional specifications.
* Collaborate with developers, architects, and testers on solution design and implementation.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for security.
* Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions to achieve project objectives.
* Produce documentation, including process maps, user stories, and technical specifications.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience as a BA/Systems Analyst or Technical BA.
* Strong skills in process mapping, systems analysis, and documentation.
* Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and industry standards for security.
* Proficiency in Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and M365 tools.
* Effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
* Bonus: experience working in regulated/compliance-heavy environments.
