Applications are now invited for the position of # Chief Technical Officer, Permanent Contract.
Responsibilities
Develop, enhance and maintain the laboratory infrastructure.
Coordinate technical projects and workload.
Implement health and safety protocols.
Procure and liaise with academic and administrative personnel to support evolving school needs.
Qualifications
Excellent technical skills and hands-on experience in chemistry.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Budget management and procurement experience.
Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and resource management.
Salary Scale
Chief Technical Officer – €66,800 – €80,994.
Refer to DCU Payscales for the applicable payscale.
