Our client, an established multidisciplinary practice is seeking a Senior Architect to join its growing architectural team in Ireland. The role offers the opportunity to lead medium to large-scale projects across sectors including aviation, industrial, education, transport, mixed-use and civic. This position suits a confident, technically strong architect with solid site and delivery experience. About You RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect Proven site and construction delivery experience (essential) Strong design and technical capability with Irish project experience Excellent knowledge of Irish Planning, Building Regulations (Parts AM) and BCAR High proficiency in Revit / BIM Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Desirable Experience in aviation, industrial, education or transport projects Background in complex or highly regulated environments Experience working within multidisciplinary consultancy teams The Role Lead projects from concept and planning through to construction and handover Play an active role in site delivery, inspections, RFIs and contract administration Produce and oversee high-quality technical drawings and documentation Ensure compliance with Irish Planning, Building Regulations and BCAR Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants and contractors Support and mentor junior team members Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Engage professionally with clients and stakeholders
