Job Description
We are seeking a forward‑thinking Business Automation Executive to drive digital transformation across the hotel. This role supports Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams by streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing the guest journey through smart automation and system optimisation.
Qualifications
Must have a level 8 in Hospitality Management.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze operational, sales, and marketing workflows to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Manage and optimise hotel systems (PMS, CRM, POS and marketing tools) to ensure seamless data flow and reduce manual workload.
Support Sales & Marketing with CRM automation, lead management workflows, targeted segmentation, and automated email campaigns.
Collaborate with department heads to implement digital solutions that improve efficiency and support commercial goals.
Train teams on new systems, tools, and automated processes to ensure smooth adoption.
Maintain data accuracy, system compliance, and GDPR standards across all automated workflows.
Research and recommend new technologies that support operational excellence and revenue growth.
