The Role
This is a Senior Financial Accountant position, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. You will join a team that manages EMEA and APAC regions, highlighting both the seniority and scope of this role. The position combines consolidated reporting, audit ownership, technical accounting, and leadership of the AR function. You will collaborate closely with internal teams across multiple jurisdictions as well as external auditors and tax partners.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts and supporting schedules
Managing intercompany reconciliations and group reporting packages
Leading audit processes for international entities
Ensuring compliance with statutory, tax, and sales reporting obligations
Providing oversight and direction to the AR function, including credit, bad debt, and revenue review
Working cross‑functionally with global teams to support accurate financial reporting

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with 3+ years’ post‑qualification experience in a similar environment. Given the organisation’s multinational footprint, exposure to US GAAP is essential along with strong technical grounding in financial reporting.

Have strong experience with Irish and US GAAP
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Communicate clearly with both finance and non‑finance stakeholders

Bring experience with consolidations and group reporting
