The role focuses on end‑to‑end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients within an outsourced payroll environment. Key Responsibilities Process end‑to‑end payrolls for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and full compliance with all statutory requirements. Calculate and input payroll data including new hires, terminations, statutory deductions, benefits, and adjustments. Ensure compliance with taxation, social insurance, and employment legislation; strictly meet deadlines for Revenue returns (RPNs, PSR, PAYE/PRSI/USC liabilities). Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing professional payroll advice and resolving queries. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including other IFAC offices, clients, and regional teams. Conduct peer reviews of junior payroll team members’ work and provide coaching and development support. Support payroll system updates, testing, and implementation of new processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation. Contribute to team and departmental projects, ensuring successful delivery within deadlines. Required Qualifications Minimum 3–4 years of payroll experience, ideally in an outsourced payroll environment. IPASS qualification (essential). Third‑level qualification in Payroll, HR, Finance, or a related discipline (desirable). Strong technical knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements. Excellent planning, organisational and time‑management skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with a collaborative team approach.
