Scale Relationship Manager

As a Scale Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building relationships with our scaled business customers, understanding their challenges, and providing tailored solutions using our platform.
You will develop strategic territory plans to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, expanding into new business units, and achieving business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain deep client relationships across levels in complex organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Revenue Growth: Build relationships with scaled business customers to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
* Collaborate with Customers: Understand business challenges and provide tailored solutions using our platform.
* Develop Strategic Plans: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding into new business units.
* Acquire Customer Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of customers' businesses and goals.
* Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Provide customer feedback and drive product innovation.
* Track Key Metrics: Monitor customer growth, retention, and Intercom product usage growth.
Required Skills:
* Sales Experience: 2+ years selling SaaS products, preferably 1+ year in a closing role.
* Book of Business: Manage a large book of business comprising 190 accounts.
* Sales Instincts: Strong sales instincts and track record of hitting and exceeding quota.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Problem-Solving: Comfort and energy operating and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
* Growth Mindset: Exhibits a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ambition.
* Leadership: Demonstrable history of leadership, including immediate and cross-functional teammates.
