The 4-star Ardilaun Hotel is recruiting a Senior Accommodation Assistant/Checker.
Main Duties:
1. Service guest bedrooms to a very high standard.
2. Inspect and check rooms after cleaning to confirm they are ready for guests.
3. Provide training and guidance to new staff to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
4. Maintain high levels of hygiene in bedrooms and bathrooms.
5. Ensure public areas are maintained to a high standard.
6. Prioritize safety and security within the hotel.
7. Work within a team with attention to detail.
8. Deliver excellent customer service in every guest interaction.
9. Work according to a schedule and independently when required.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Excellent communication and time management skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
4. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
