Representing Our Brand

Effectively represent our organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, fostering positive relationships and expanding our network.


Collaborating Across Functions

Work closely with marketing, revenue, and operations teams to design and deliver standout group packages that meet customer needs.


Leveraging Technology and Data Insights

Apply digital tools and data-driven approaches to streamline workflows, track performance, and optimize decision-making.

Requirements

A minimum of two years' experience in a proactive sales role within the hospitality industry. Proven track record of finding and winning new business, meeting sales targets, and demonstrating a deep understanding of the MICE market and corporate travel. Strong proficiency in CRM/Sales platforms, with excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Confident presenter, communicator, and networker with a client-focused approach.
