Excel Recruitment is seeking a Logistics Administrator for our client who specialises in the distribution industry. This is a part‑time position, working every Tuesday and Friday, based in Dublin 11, supporting daily logistics operations with a strong focus on customer service, delivery coordination, and CRM management.
Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries and resolving delivery issues.
2. Coordinate daily deliveries and collections with drivers and customers.
3. Update and maintain the company CRM with order details, delivery status, and customer information.
4. Track shipments and ensure all delivery documents are accurate and up to date.
5. Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth operations.
6. Prepare basic reports on deliveries, delays, or customer feedback.
7. Support general administrative duties within the logistics department.
Requirements
8. Previous experience in logistics, transport administration, or a similar customer-service-focused role.
9. Strong communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.
10. Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
11. Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
