Front Office Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Receptionist to join our team. Previous hotel reception experience is essential for this role, with Opera experience being a significant advantage.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing prompt, accurate and courteous communications support to hotel guests and employees by operating hotel communication systems in line with the hotel's guidelines and corporate concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective communications support
* Communicate clearly and professionally
* Assist guests with long distance calls and respond to questions about the hotel and local events
* Take and deliver accurate messages
* Wake up guests as requested
