Office attendance is required once a month.As Fund Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of NAV production for a portfolio of hedge fund clients. You’ll lead and mentor a team of fund accountants, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services while fostering a high‑performance culture. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key part in process improvement, relationship management, and supporting the continued development of the team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of fund accountants, providing direction, oversight and mentoringMaintain strong relationships with clients and ensure delivery of agreed service levelsReview and sign off on daily and monthly NAV calculationsEnsure timely resolution of reconciliation issues, aged items and complex queriesSupport onboarding and transitions of new clients and fund launchesReview fee calculations, P&L allocations and fund performance reportingCoordinate audit processes and support the preparation of financial statementsWork collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth service deliveryIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencySupport recruitment, training and development of fund accounting staffIdeal Candidate ProfileMinimum 5 years’ experience in a hedge fund administration environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory roleDegree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplineProgression towards (or interest in pursuing) a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA or CIMA is beneficialStrong understanding of NAV calculation and fund accounting principlesExcellent communication and client management skillsProven ability to lead teams and manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentProficient with accounting systems and general IT tools
