Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Limerick. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), and overseeing cost management and planning. Day-to-day tasks include cost reporting, assessment of project variations, and ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy in all aspects of the project.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
* Proficiency in preparing BOQ (Bills of Quantities)
* Expertise in Cost Reporting
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
