About the Role
Location: Dublin Office.
Days of Working: Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day‑to‑day Helpdesk & Administrative support.
* Be first point of contact for all client enquiries, logging all requests received in a timely manner.
* Oversee day‑to‑day monitoring of the Helpdesk, logging calls & monitoring emails.
* Raise purchase orders for suppliers on our PO system.
* Ensure all relevant information is in order and prioritise and resolve requests.
* Collate client feedback, escalating issues & concerns as and when they arise.
* Produce reports and analyse helpdesk data as requested.
* Perform general office & administration duties as required.
Essential Hiring Criteria
* Previous experience within a Helpdesk/Administration role is desirable.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Adaptable – possess the ability to work on own initiative.
* Strong interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
