Our mission is to provide a warm, supportive, and inclusive environment grounded in a child/person-centred ethos, ensuring that every individual's unique needs, strengths, and goals are respected and celebrated.Role OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will integrate occupational therapy principles with photobiomodulation approaches to support clients in achieving improved function, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life.This role is ideal for an OT with a passion for innovation, neurodiversity-affirming practice, and trauma-informed care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide child/person-centred occupational therapy assessments and interventions in alignment with the clinic's holistic ethos.Support individuals including (but not limited to):Those who are neurodivergent (e.g., autistic, ADHD, dyspraxic).Individuals with acquired or traumatic brain injuries.Clients presenting with retained primitive reflexes.Older adults experiencing Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia.Individuals living with anxiety, PTSD, or trauma histories.Collaborate closely with the photobiomodulation therapy team to create integrated, personalised care plans.Educate clients and families on therapeutic strategies that promote independence, sensory regulation, functional skills, and wellbeing.Maintain detailed, professional records and contribute to continuous service improvement.Participate in team meetings, training, and reflective practice to support high-quality service delivery.Qualifications & ExperienceBSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) and eligibility for registration with CORU.Experience working within one or more of the following areas is desirable: neurodiversity, paediatrics, brain injury, dementia care, mental health, sensory integration.Knowledge of or interest in photobiomodulation therapy (training will be provided).Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and families.Commitment to trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and person-centred practice.What We OfferThe opportunity to be part of the first photobiomodulation clinic of its kind in Ireland.A supportive, collaborative, and forward-thinking team culture.Training and professional development in photobiomodulation and complementary therapeutic approaches.Flexible part-time hours to support work–life balance.Job Type: Part-timePay: €30.00-€35.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 per weekWork Location: In person
