Our client is a leading contractor with a strong presence throughout Munster & South East.
They have secured a commercial project in East Cork, with a 2-year program.
We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the project from start to finish, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
1. Managing the site team, design team, subcontractors, and client.
2. Taking ownership of the HSQE (Health, Safety, Quality, Environment) functions.
3. Managing risk, planning the project program, and ensuring deliverables are met.
4. Supporting the Project Quantity Surveyor with contract cost variations and projections.
Candidate requirements include:
* Relevant qualifications, such as a degree or trade qualification, preferably with a main contracting background.
* A proven track record in delivering commercial and residential projects.
* Experience in managing projects from the design stage through to completion.
