Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled technician to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Lead Multi Skilled Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the building fabric across our clients' portfolio and leading a team of multi-skilled technicians.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and technical skills, with experience in managing teams and facilities. They should also be IT literate, able to communicate effectively with people, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain the building fabric across our clients' portfolio
* Lead a team of multi-skilled technicians
* Deliver agreed levels of customer service
* Manage sub-contractors working on-site
* Manage and respond to work requests
* Use technology to conduct and record works
* Conduct scheduled inspections
* Interact with client staff

Required Skills and Qualifications:
\
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. They should also have experience in managing teams and facilities, as well as being IT literate and able to communicate effectively with people.
