We're looking for a Sales & Student Advisor to help us grow in the Latin American market, on a part-time, fully remote basis.
If you enjoy working with people, helping students plan their experience abroad, and guiding them through the decision process, we'd love to hear from you.
What We're Looking For
* Fluent Spanish is mandatory. Portuguese is a strong plus (especially for Brazil).
* Minimum B2 level of English.
* At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or student advising.
* Ability to work independently with a proactive and responsible mindset.
* Interest in international education, travel, and cultural exchange.
* Strong communication skills and empathy when dealing with students and families.
* Familiarity with student visas or study abroad processes is a plus.
* Experience working with Latin American students is a plus.
What You'll Do
As a Sales & Student Advisor, you'll be responsible for supporting and converting potential students from LATAM by guiding them through our programmes and helping them feel confident in their decision.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Speaking with prospective students (and sometimes parents) via WhatsApp, email, and video calls.
* Explaining our programmes (Work & Study, Summer Camps, Mini Stays) clearly and honestly.
* Understanding each student's goals and recommending the most suitable option.
* Supporting students through the decision and reservation process.
* Following up with leads and maintaining a clear overview of your pipeline.
* Working closely with the founders to improve the sales process and student experience.
