The Role:
As
Marketing Administrator/Support
, you will be responsible for assisting the implementation, tracking and optimisation of Gill Education's marketing strategies. You will play a key role in supporting the marketing team, ensuring our campaigns run smoothly and effectively. You will have a passion for marketing's role in a busy company and for gathering data on project results to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns against goals.
Working closely and collaboratively with colleagues across departments and external contacts, you will have the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with a wide range of people. You will thrive on organisation and variety in a dynamic, busy department and be happy learning and developing on the job.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support:
Provide essential support to the marketing team and functions of the department
* Email Marketing and Customer Database Support
: Email marketing administration, supply of mailing lists and performance reports, and careful maintenance of our customer database
* Event Co-ordination
: Administration of all aspects of Gill Education attendance at conferences/events, webinars, video shoots and attending in person when required
* Marketing Material Administration:
Support the design, production and inventory of both print and digital marketing material, on time and within budget; design of marketing assets in-house when needed
* Social Media and Website Support:
Assist with product and brand presence on social media channels and on the website
* Internal Communication and Reporting
: Keep all relevant stakeholders informed of marketing activity, and supply effective reporting on all marketing activity
* General Marketing Support
: Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and budgets; research and fulfil promotional giveaways/competition prizes; accurate minute taking; other administrative and organisational tasks as required

* High-level of proficiency in Excel
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confident, clear and engaging communicator
* Reliable, hardworking team player, with the ability to take initiative and work independently
* Able to adapt quickly and effectively to changing plans and priorities
* Experience of PowerPoint, Canva or other design packages desirable
What Is Required:
Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business or related field is essential.
At least 1 year's experience in marketing or related field is desirable.
This is a fixed term contract covering a period of Maternity Leave, with a requirement to work at least 2 days per week in our offices in Park West, Dublin 12. The number of office-based days for this role can increase during our busy times.
