Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Aiding in the preparation of monthly management accounts
* Preparation and processing of weekly payroll
* Managing the creditors ledger and ensuring timely payments
* Creating sales invoices and ensuring prompt collections
* Completing and filing all required returns with Revenue, CSO, etc. in a timely manner
* Performing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining the fixed asset register
* Handling general office tasks
Requirements:
* Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll Packages Experience desirable & would be an advantage
* Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a fast-paced accounting role
* Proficient in producing monthly accounts and reconciliations
* Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment
* Excellent analytical and commercial skills
* Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Excel
* Proactive in implementing solutions and problem-solving
