About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join a busy
Business Development & Marketing
team supporting the end-to-end bid and tender process. You will work closely with marketing, business development, and legal teams to help deliver high-quality, client-focused submissions across public and private sector tenders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the
preparation, formatting, and submission of bid and tender documents
.
* Support bid teams in
coordinating information
from partners, lawyers, and internal stakeholders.
* Maintain templates,
content libraries
, and documentation standards.
* Help
track deadlines
, tender outcomes, and support
reporting
to management.
* Ensure all submissions are accurate, consistent, and aligned with
branding and compliance
requirements.
Candidate Profile:
* Strong written and verbal English
.
* Strong senior stakeholder engagement
skills and ability to collaborate across teams is critical.
* Previous experience in bids, tender support, or administrative support
in a professional services environment is
desirable but not essential
.
* Excellent attention to detail
and organisational skills.
* Comfortable working under tight deadlines
and managing multiple tasks.
