The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of our retail store, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including sales, staff management, customer experience, security, health and safety, stock control and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations, including sales, staff, customer experience, security, health and safety, stock and resources.
* Meet and exceed store targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Recruit, train, coach and manage staff in line with company policies, ensuring fairness and consistency.
* Manage cash, wage costs, budgets and systems administration as required.
* Drive excellent visual merchandising to engage, inspire and educate customers.
* Responsible for overall health and safety in store.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* 2/3 years' experience in a management role, preferably in retail.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, people management and leadership skills.
* Experience in visual merchandising.
* Strong product knowledge.
