Occupational Therapist for Homeless Services

Responsibilities:
* Assess client needs and develop personalized intervention plans
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
* Facilitate group and individual interventions to promote social inclusion and independence
* Document all assessments, interventions, and progress notes according to professional standards
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university
* Registration on the Occupational Therapists Register maintained by CORU
* Experience working with mental health, addiction, trauma-informed approaches, and assertive outreach practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to facilitate group and individual interventions
