We're working with a leading national brand going through a major growth and transformation phase, and we're looking for a
Key Account Manager
who knows how to own relationships, drive commercial opportunities, and operate confidently at pace.
If you love big clients, big conversations, and big responsibility, this is a role where you'll have real influence from day one.
What You'll Do
You'll be right at the centre of the action:
• Manage and grow relationships with some of our largest accounts
• Lead new business opportunities and major commercial partnerships
• Own tender coordination across legal, financial, and operational teams
• Support high-value Business Services projects and partner contracts
• Research industry trends and turn insights into clear, actionable summaries
• Engage with European partners on bids, updates, and ongoing contracts
• Provide back-up support across Business Services, including membership and international cover
What You Bring
We're looking for someone with:
• Solid B2B sales or account management experience
• A track record in winning or developing new business
• 3+ years in customer-facing, relationship-focused roles
• Strong presentation skills and confidence with senior stakeholders
• Microsoft Office expertise (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
• Commercial awareness and an analytical mindset
• Bonus: business qualification, automotive interest, project management exposure
