We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to manage our kitchen team in Cork City. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations.

* Overseeing kitchen operations, including budgeting and cost control
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Extensive experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
* Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on innovation and creativity
* A deep understanding of kitchen operations, including menu planning, costing, and inventory control
* A valid HACCP certification
