We have partnered with a European Private Equity group who
are now hiring a Principal to join its Dublin team and assist with origination and execution of mid -market European transactions.
The Role:
* Leading analysis of 1 -2 subsectors for
investment strategy
* I dentifying potential investment target
companies
* Co -leading/supporting origination and deal
execution with MD/Partner
* Leading, assisting in due diligence, financial
modelling, and deal execution
* Supporting investor and stakeholder engagement
and communication
Requirements
o 10+ years of top tier investment banking,
private equity, or corporate finance and investing experience
o Strong undergraduate education, with ACA or CFA
education a plus
o Extremely strong analytical and financial
modelling skills
o Very strong writing and communications skills,
including presentation (PowerPoint) and social media skills
o Entrepreneurial, self -starting personality with
strong team orientation
