Responsibilities
The Counter Manager is responsible for achieving retail objectives in store. By leading your team and setting a great example, you will maximize sales opportunities and ensure the team provides the best customer service and shopping experience.
* Management: Manage Brow and Beauty Experts by motivating staff, delegating roles, meeting sales targets, and maintaining high customer service standards.
* Sales Goals: Achieve counter and service sales targets through delegation, customer connections, product demonstrations, beauty/brow services, and booking appointments.
* Brow Services: Perform waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. Full training will be provided to become a Brow Expert!
* Teamwork: Conduct daily team meetings, communicate effectively, and recognize positive work to keep the team motivated and goal-oriented.
* Promotion and Events: Build business through innovative in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events.
* Stock: Keep the counter stocked and report concerns to the area manager.
* Communication: Maintain open communication with store/department managers and area managers.
* Administration: Complete all administrative tasks regularly and assist with area manager duties when needed.
* Staff Rotas: Ensure fair and timely staff scheduling.
* Hygiene and Housekeeping: Keep the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.
Qualifications
